A: No, there is absolutely no initial fee. We encourage you to try with 100 companies to evaluate the results. By contracting for multiple months, data will be accumulated, which allows us to generate appointments more efficiently.


Q: Can you guarantee that appointments will be secured?
A: For most of the products we have handled so far, we have been able to secure appointments. However, the appointment rate varies depending on the product, and we do not guarantee appointment acquisition.


Q: Can you handle sales for any type of product or service?
A: We generally handle products and services related to the construction, manufacturing. In order to avoid conflicts of interest, we may decline certain projects depending on industries we have recently worked with.


Q: Is there a minimum contract period?
A: If you cancel during the first month of the contract, the termination will be effective at the end of that month.
If you continue the contract from the following month onward, you are required to notify us in writing or by another appropriate method at least one month in advance. Depending on the timing, the monthly base fee may be charged until the end of the following month.
(Example: If you apply for cancellation during June → the monthly base fee will be charged until the end of July.)


Q: Can companies that are not sales targets be removed from the calling list?
A: At the time of contract, we will ask you to provide company search keywords (such as region, industry, etc.).
Companies that match these keywords will be included in the list and subject to listing fees.
If there are “non-target companies,” we can create the list in a way that avoids duplication and excludes those companies.
